Information on the processing of personal data

- Conducting correspondence including submitting offers and establishing business relations – applies to persons who, on their own initiative, establish contact with the Personal Data Administrator – applies to data provided in the form
- Running the website – applies to all users of this website and concerns data stored in cookies on the user’s computer
The processing period for personal data is specified.
- Data from cookies – up to 12 months from the last session
- Correspondence data – up to 10 years from the end of the correspondence.
Provision of data is voluntary.
You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your data described above. We will stop processing your data for these purposes unless we can demonstrate that there are compelling legitimate grounds for us to process your data that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or your data are necessary for us to possibly establish, assert or defend claims.
You can withdraw your objection to the processing of your personal data by contacting us by email at iodo@kompea.pl or by letter to the address in pt. I.
Your personal data may be disclosed to: our partners, i.e. companies and institutions with which we cooperate in order to realize the interests of the company. Your data may also be accessed by our subcontractors (processors), e.g. accounting, legal, IT companies, transportation companies. An up-to-date register of institutions to which we entrust your data can be made available to you after sending an inquiry to iodo@kompea.pl within a maximum of 30 days.
In accordance with the RODO, you have:
(a) the right to access your data and receive a copy of it;
(b) the right to rectify (amend) your data;
(c) the right to erasure of your data, restriction of data processing;
(d) the right to object to the processing of your data;
(e) the right to data portability;
(f) the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
